A wellness cooking class not only involves learning to create delicious food alongside your colleagues (virtually) but will demonstrate how cooking can be fun and mindful while explaining the importance of eating well as an important part of a happy balanced lifestyle.

Before I became a self care cookery teacher, I had spent 15 years in the corporate retail world. I’ve experienced first hand, both as an employee and manager, how a lack of wellbeing can have a knock on effect on your performance and mood at work.
Skipping meals, poor food choices, a high consumption of processed meals all have a detrimental effect on both your physical and mental well being.
Unfortunately, for some people the thought of cooking after a long busy day can feel stressful, overwhelming or even resentful.
However after teaching hundreds of people – the Italian approach to cooking, I can prove that cooking doesn’t always have to feel like a chore.

Alternatively you can email directly with your requirements.
As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with all the information you will need to forward on to your colleagues.
All you then have to do is show up via the link sent to you, and I will be your host, teacher and more importantly you will be taken care of to ensure an unforgettable wellness cooking experience.
