Each week we have a 2-hour virtual cooking session (these will take place on Tuesdays, 6;30 pm, BST) where I will share with you a different cooking styles. By learning essential home cooking techniques, your confidence will grow each week and you will end up learning a wealth of recipes and methods to create the food you love to eat.
(Sessions are recorded, so if you’re unable to join the lives, you can watch back and cook at your pleasure. Alongside that, you’ll receive recipe cards for everything we make together.)

In our first session, I will share with you my easy techniques on how to layer different flavours in a guaranteed crowd-pleasing stew. It’ll be made with fresh, simple ingredients to create an easy, sexy, healthy and comforting dish that can be adapted in any number of ways

In this class, you’ll learn how to take the most basic of ingredients, and transform them without breaking a sweat. You’ll learn the best way to match a pasta sauce to shape, and how to make the most of ready-made pastry. No one will know the difference.
How to perfect pan frying (meat, fish and veg)

Pan frying is one of the quickest ways to cook food. But did you know there are different techniques required to cook different ingredients to meet their very best potential? I will share you my top tips, from when to season to how to judge temperature, and avoid over-cooking.
Master how to cook a creamy risotto

Sauce Club Faq's
There are two payment options. You can pay for the course all at once. Or pay across 3 monthly instalments
Refunds can be offered if you change your mind before the course starts. But becomes non-refundable from the first day the course begins.
All live cook-a-longs are hosted virtually on Zoom.
All live cook along sessions are recorded and is sent out the day after along with the digital recipe cards. It is also uploaded into the Facebook group to refer back to whenever you wish. So if you struggle to make the live sessions you can watch back when you have time. Plus, you can ask me questions within the Facebook group.
If you have time to join the live cooking session on Tuesday, at 6:30 pm you will need two hours set aside.
Apart from that, you can cook the other recipes at your leisure. You will be sent recipes and tips to try each week but you can fit those in based on your own availability. You won’t be tested at any point so you can even catch up after the course has ended.
The Sauce club shares tips and recipes on how to cook fish and meat as well a vegetables. However, please check out my next vegetarian Saucy Cooking Class if you’re looking to learn to cook some easy sexy healthy dishes.
It can always feel a little daunting to meet a new group of people. However, it’s very important to me that everyone feels comfortable and feel part of the community. If you don’t want to actively interact, you’re more than welcome to turn off your video during any live sessions. But I encourage you to join when you’re ready as you will get the most out of the course that way.
The Sauce club is open to all levels of cooking and is all about helping you find your inner love for cooking. You don’t have to any basic skill set to join. Through out the course I will help build your confidence by teaching you the essential skills to help you become more creative in the kitchen.
The private Facebook is where all the other bonuses including the recipe ideas, foodie recommendations, etc will be exclusively shared. Plus it’s a great place for you to interact and engage with the other members in between the live sessions.
However, most of the content will be shared in the email roundup sent each month.
Price is per person, and not household. If two people from one household would like to cook together, they should book 2 different spots.
Please do not share digital recipe cards or live cooking sessions with anyone who isn’t part of the sauce club.
If you choose the 3 monthly payment plan, you have a legal responsibility to pay the final payment even when the 6 weeks course has ended. The Sauce club is non-refundable as soon as the new course starts on 11th October.
