6 Week Course Outline
4th October – 14th November 2021
Each week we will have a 2 hour virtual cooking session where I will share with you a different cooking styles. By learning the essential home cooking technique your confidence will grow each week and you will end up learning a wealth of recipes and methods to create the food you love to eat.
Session 1 - 5th Oct 21
‘A stew is a dish of meat and vegetables cooked slowly in liquid in a closed dish or pan’
In Session 1, I will share with you easy techniques on how to layer different flavours in a stew with various ingredients to create an easy sexy healthy comforting stew
Session 2 - 12th Oct 21
How to pimp up your basics
Sometimes you can take the basic of ingredients and pimp them up with gorgeous ingredients and flavour combinations without breaking a sweat. In this session, I show you the best way to match a pasta sauce to shape. Plus how to make the most of ready made pastry. No one will know the difference.
Session 3 -19th Oct 21
Master how to cook a creamy risotto
Have you shied away from making a risotto before as you think it’s too difficult? Or have you had a bad risotto experience so you never had the desire to recreate at home. In this live session, I share with you my top tips on how create the perfect al dente creamy risotto- No salty rice puddings here.
Session 4 -26th Oct 21
How to perfect pan frying (meat, fish and veg)
Pan fry is frying in a pan in a small amount of fat. Pan frying is one of the quickest ways to cook food. But did you know there are easy various techniques required to cook different ingredients. I will share you my top tips from when to season to what temperature you should cook certain ingredients.
Session 5 - 2nd Nov 21
‘Roasting involves cooking food in an uncovered pan in the oven’. It is a dry cooking technique, as opposed to wet techniques like braising, stewing, or steaming. Sticking everything in an oven after a long day at work is what some of us need, so in this live session I will be sharing with you how to create different roasting dishes from savoury to sweet.
Session 6 - 9th Nov 21
How to create the ultimate lasagna
The last session is on how to make the ultimate lasagna. One of the most popular crowd pleasing Italian dishes on the planet. I will share my tips from how to layer your lasagna to how thick your sauce should be.

Sauce Club Faq's
There are two payment options. You can pay for the course all at once. Or pay across 3 monthly instalments
You can have a refund if you change your mind before the course starts. But becomes un-refundable from the first day the course begins.
All live cook alongs are hosted virtually on Zoom.
All live cook along sessions are recorded and is sent out the day after along with the digital recipe cards. It is also uploaded into the Facebook group to refer back to whenever you wish. So if you struggle to make the live sessions you can watch back when you have time. Plus, you can ask me questions within the Facebook group.
The Sauce club is open to all levels of cooking and is all about helping you find your inner love for cooking. You don’t have to any basic skill set to join. Thorough out the course I will help build your confidence by teaching you the essential skills to help you become more creative in the kitchen.
The private Facebook is where all the other bonuses including the recipe ideas, foodie recommendations, etc will be exclusively shared. Plus it’s a great place for you to interact and engage with the other members in between the live sessions. However, most of the content will be shared in the monthly email roundup sent at the end of each month.
Price is per person and not household. So if you and your partner would like to cook together at the live sessions then you will have to purchase 2 different spots.
Please do not share digital recipe cards or live cooking sessions with anyone who isn’t part of the sauce club.
The Sauce club is non-refundable as soon as the new course starts on 4th October.
