Cooking is an expression of LOVE. Something I have experienced first hand so many times but it wasn’t always like that. I used to spend so much time at work that cooking used to be something I had to do, rather than something I actively used to do for my well-being.
Italians believe that one of the greatest loves is the love you put in your cooking. Whether that’s for your own food or for others.
