
Paola Maggiulli is a freelance Italian food expert, presenter and chef with a life-long passion for Italian cooking and culture.
Born and bred in London, she grew up between her father’s Italian delicatessen and parents’ kitchen, where she learned the pleasures of Italy’s regional cooking and the value of slow living. After travelling all over Italy, learning about its food culture, her mission is to show others how to capture the Mediterranean lifestyle, regardless of where you live, your experience, or how much time you have. Paola’s passionate about bringing a healthy, seasonal, and pleasure-first approach to food to the UK.
On the website, The Tiny Italian, Paola offers step-by-step recipes, spotlights he favourite Italian restaurants, uncover the best delis in London, and offer advice for travelling around Italy.
Certified by Leith’s, Paola is a chef and cooking demonstrator. She has also consulted for a number of restaurants, delis, and brands.
