THE ONLY PASTA SALAD YOU WILL WANT TO EAT THIS SUMMER. 
Flavourful, super easy to recreate and full of goodness. What’s not to like, right?

Still a couple of days until the recipe video is revealed but in the meantime I thought I would share with you the shopping list along with where to get this amazing Riccioli @garofalopastauk pasta shape which you can order online @amazonuk or @ocadouk. 

🍽Serves 2/3 people 

🍝 250g @garofalopastauk pasta
🍅 400g cherry tomatoes on the vine.
🧄 1 garlic clove
🍃 Fresh basil
🐟 160g good-quality tinned tuna (in olive oil)
🫒 80g black kalamata olives
🌿2 tbsp capers
🍋 Lemon
🍶Extra-virgin olive oil
🧂Sea salt + black pepper

Perfect for dinner or wonderfully served up as a pasta salad for some alfresco dining. It involves no cooking however to make this dish extra special it’s all about using the best quality ingredients you can get your hands on. 
Remember it’s all about cooking food that makes you feel good. ❤️ We are all worth it.

This week the almighty aubergine 🍆 is my ingredient of the week and if you have followed me for a while you know that it’s up there as one of my all time fave ingredients.

An ingredient that is particularly enjoyed in southern summer Italian cooking.
🍆 Aubergine Parmigiana
🍆Pasta Alla Norma (tomato and aubergine)
Are two of my fave 🍆 dishes and those have been shared with my Saucy Society membership for some delicious inspo this week.

Have you ever cooked with CRAB? I’m excited that this week I have partnered up with @garofalopastauk and created a super easy, super sexy pasta recipe using this fabulous seasonal ingredient.
CRAB SPINACH + LEMON CRUMB SPAGHETTI.

Crab is one of those ingredients that can feel a little overwhelming to cook with as it can feel quite BOUJEE but the reality is, most large supermarkets stock crab meat in their fresh fish section. Plus you don’t have to do any of the time consuming prep as it’s already cooked and dressed. Therefore all you have to do is decide what you want to enjoy it with. EASY RIGHT??!

If you would like to cook with crab, why not try my new recipe along with @garofalopastauk SPAGHETTI ALLA CHITARRA which will be revealed on Thursday.

You will need a handful of ingredients:

🦀 200g crab meat
🧄 4 garlic cloves
🌶 1 fresh red chilli
🍃 125g baby spinach
🍞 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
🍋 1 lemon
🍝 250g spaghetti alla chitarra @garofalopastauk (order from @ocadouk or @amazonuk)
🍶Olive oil
