I help busy career-focused women who want a healthy work-life balance people, by motivating them to love themselves with cooking as a form of self-care and learning to consistently feel motivated to cook easy feel-good healthy meals.
Being part of the corporate world and now as a solopreneur, I understand first-hand how cooking can feel like a chore, especially after a long busy day which can lead to poor food options.
I know as I was that person.
However, cooking has taken me on a personal journey where I discovered that it was not only about putting food on a table but was a delicious and mindful way to take better care of myself.
Over time it opened my eyes to the importance of loving yourself and prioritising your happiness and dreams.
Plus my Italian culture had a big part to play.
So, now I help others on their own self-care cooking journey where I transform and create positive cooking mindsets so that cooking is their go-to self-care activity and no longer that dreaded chore.
I see too many women opt for boring repetitive meals or spend money on takeaways and ready meals due to convenience and time-saving.
They find themselves feeling overwhelmed and stressed when choosing what to eat for dinner. This is because their lives are so hectic that they do not take a moment to prioritise their needs and pleasures,
These are signs that eating better is not only not a priority, but they don’t understand how cooking can improve your well-being.
But let me tell you, when we’re well fed when we’re eating food that makes us brim with pleasure – you’ll know from experience how much that can brighten your entire day!
